WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a convenient payment option that allows you to shop now and pay later. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four (4) interest-free installments paid every two (2) weeks. There are no hidden fees when payments are made on time.
HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?
Simply shop at Nuru Couture and add your favorite items to your cart.
At checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method. You will be redirected to Afterpay to log in or create an account and complete your purchase.
Returning Afterpay customers can simply log in and confirm their payment details, while new customers can register in just a few minutes.
HOW MUCH CAN I SPEND WITH AFTERPAY?
Orders must meet Afterpay's eligibility requirements. Purchase limits are determined by Afterpay and may vary based on your account history and approval status.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
The first payment is due at the time of purchase.
The remaining three payments will automatically be charged every two weeks from your selected payment method. You may also log in to your Afterpay account at any time to make payments early or view your payment schedule.
WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is currently available to eligible customers in supported countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, subject to Afterpay approval.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, Afterpay may charge late fees according to their terms and conditions. For complete information regarding fees and payment policies, please visit the Afterpay website.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed using Afterpay are processed and shipped just like any other order.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered according to our standard shipping policy.
CAN I USE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITH AFTERPAY?
Yes. Afterpay accepts eligible debit and credit cards linked to your Afterpay account.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR AFTERPAY?
Most products available on Nuru Couture are eligible for Afterpay. However, certain restricted items, gift cards, or promotional products may not qualify.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK WITH AFTERPAY?
Items purchased using Afterpay follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Once your return is approved and processed, Afterpay will update your payment schedule and refund information accordingly.
