SHIPPING RATES

All orders are processed same day or within 1 day after receiving your order.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Kenya orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped Same Day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next Day. 

After shipping, Kenya orders in Nairobi are delivered same day, while outside Nairobi are delivered Next Day.

The shipping rate will depend on your location, and will be confirmed as you checkout your order, but generally varies from KSH 400 to KSH 1,000.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after you place your oder, based on the destination and shipping weight. This will be communicated to you by our team, after you place your order.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer store pickup for online orders. If you would like to pick an item from the shop, kindly come to the shop and buy it physically.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Because international shipping rates may vary depending on your destination, we will confirm the shipping rate after you place your order based on the destination and shipping weight. Once we have the shipping cost from the shipping company, we will share it with you.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number, where applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
